Hard Work





It will hurt. It will take time. It will require dedication. It will require willpower. You will need to make healthy decisions. It will require sacrifice. You will need to push my body to it's max. There will be temptation. But, I promise you, when you reach your goal it's WORTH IT!

12-29-11

Well I have been a slacker & not updated in a couple of days. So far I have lost a total of 13 pounds & still rocking it!! Over christmas break I tried very hard to not over eat or pig out on sweets. At work last week the deli area had this huge table of desserts for 3 days. All of my co-workers kept coming up to me saying you gotta go try some. I stayed strong & with the help & support of team captian David I did not have ANYTHING!!! Now that might seem simple to most people but for me it was soooooooooooo hard. I was able to tell everyone no & to not talk to me about it b/c I did not want to lose my focus on my goal.I have also cut my soda intake way back & drinking about 1 1/2 to 2 bottles of water a day now. I am also trying to choose healthier foods if I eat out.I did 30 minutes of cardio & 50 ab crunches tonight when I got home from work.
