Today was a pretty good day, I tried to challenge myself to drink water. I am not a water person at all, I am a Dr. Pepper or cherry coke drinker. Today I really suprised myself and drank two 33.8 oz of smart water. Now it might not seem like a whole lot but to me it was. Here are my food stats for the day.
Breakfast- vanilla yogurt with 1/2 cup granola
Snack- 2 pepermint ments
Lunch- turkey sub w/ cucumber, tomatoes, lettuce & mayo, 1 bag of chips, 1/3 of coke to drink
Dinner- 1 bowl of spaghetti casserole
Overall I felt I pretty good today. Yes I did have pasta so I do need to work on that b/c pasta is so yummy to me.
